Disclaimer
A directory, not a booking service
Gem State Stays only lists short-term rentals and links out to other websites to book. All bookings, payments, and communication about a stay happen on those third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, prices, policies, or practices.
Listings come from agents
Each listing is provided by the agent who posted it, and that agent is responsible for it. We don't inspect properties and don't guarantee that descriptions, photos, prices, amenities, pet policies, guest limits, locations, or availability are accurate or current. Always confirm the details with the host or booking site before you book.
Not professional advice
Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or real estate advice, and a listing is not an offer to sell or lease real estate.
Use at your own risk
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Andy Coleman / Finding Idaho is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or any stay found through it.
