Privacy Policy
This explains what information Gem State Stays collects and how it is used. The site is operated by Andy Coleman / Finding Idaho.
Visitors browsing stays
You can browse the directory without an account. We don't ask visitors for personal information. Our hosting and database providers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to run and protect the site.
When you click Book, you go to a third-party site. Whatever you share there is covered by that site's own privacy policy, not this one.
Agent accounts
If you sign up as an agent, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely by our login provider; we can't see it), plus the profile details you choose to add, such as phone number, brokerage, and license number, and the listings and photos you post.
We use this to verify and approve agents, run your account, show your listings, and email you about your account (for example, confirmation, password reset, and approval notices). Your name and brokerage may appear publicly next to your listings. Your email and other contact details are not shown publicly unless you put them in a listing.
Service providers
We use outside providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, login, and file storage), and Resend (sending email). They process data on our behalf. We don't sell personal information.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep agents signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep agent information while the account is active. Agents can ask us to correct or delete their account and listings by contacting us below.
Children
The site is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
